Beijing Automotive or BAIC is tendered to be on a non-binding offer with Opel. This company is about to bringing in a chance for accelerating the performance of the brand. GM still talks with Magna and its partners who are GAZ and Sberbank. The choice has been brought out by questions and deals about to be made the Sberbank CEO German Graf.

Observers reveal that GM Magna had agreed to merely decided to switch on to the deal or walk out from the contract. The German government has of course been courting bidders for Opel and Vuaxhaul with BAIC and Belgium’s RHJ to sign up with the deal as well.

This looks like a serious endeavor to make GM work with every other company to get things done faster. BAIC also wants to make a binding program with Opel. The Deutsche Bank is now working with PriceWaterhouse Coopers with the assumption of BAIC and a bag of cash in the most unlikely way.
